Kara Williams is an outstanding thirteen-year-old First degree Black Belt member of  Shihan Tim Thompson’s Ryoshin-Kan Karate School and Dragon Force Karate Demo Team in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Karate Master and Hall of Famer Tim Thompson established both in 1980. 

She is a devoted student of Sensei Thompson and was named the Official “Sensei’s Pet” and his number one assistant  on 3 May 2004. She is the Key reason why the Sensei’s and the rest of the School’s Spirit are so high! 

She is a star performer of the Dragon Force Karate Demo Team and the National Team. Doing fifty plus Shows each year. 

She is one of the First females to ever make the coveted Dragon Force National Team which competes at National Martial Arts Championships. She was instrumental in helping the Dragon Force win the Demo Team Grand Championships at the Sidekick International Martial Arts Championships 31 July 2004.

She is the partner of Shihan Thompson in the award winning National Team pair forms routine “Dragon Duet.”

She and her sensei won 1^st Place in Self-Defense and Team Kata at the 2004 Mid-Atlantic Karate Championships, World Fall Classic Martial Arts Championships and the 2004 Superstars National Karate Championships.

She was a key factor in the Ryoshin-Kan Karate School winning First Place at the 2004 Strawberry Festival Parade.

She along with her Sensei have been nominated to be inducted into the World Karate Union Hall of Fame in 2005 as the National Team of the Year in Black Belt Team Pairs.

She is highlighted frequently with the rest of Dragon Force on the TAS Sports TV Show as well as featured in articles in magazines and newspapers. She and Sensei have been featured in the Karate Kidz and Action Martial Arts Magazines.

She is a National Champion, future Hall of Famer, loyal student and trusted assistant / Partner of Shihan Tim Thompson. 

Kara is an 8^th Grade  Honor Roll student at the Corporate Landing Middle School in Virginia Beach, Virginia
